General Terms & Conditions

All-In Homecare Subscriptions | Valid from 09 October 2025

1. Definitions

Smet Legacy Group Ltd, UIC 208520909, Plovdiv 4001, Ulitsa Raya 16.
Subscriber – the natural or legal person who signs the Direct Debit Mandate and pays the Subscription Fee. Service – the all-inclusive repair coordination and payment service described in clause 3. Vendor – independent tradesman or supplier contracted or approved by IMOFIX.
Job – one repair request resulting in one vendor invoice ≤ 200 EUR (parts + labour).

IMOFIX Homecare is an evergreen monthly subscription — it renews automatically until you cancel

 

2. Subscription & Fees

2.1 Monthly fee:  30, 45 or 65 EUR net
2.2 Payment: Direct debit via GoCardless; failed debit = 5 EURO retry fee.
2.3 Auto-renewal: monthly

3. Service Description

3.1 2 or 4  jobs / Permium or Platinum Subscription Year (parts + labour ≤ 200 EUR each, 24 h SLA).
3.2 1 × 2-hour emergency (water, electricity, lock-out) / Subscription Year.
3.3 Job cap: invoice ≤ 200 EUR ; beyond cap IMOFIX contracts at trade price – Owner pays difference.
3.4 Beyond 2 or 4 jobs / year: same contract rule.
3.5 Coverage: Plovdiv-Sofia-Burgas-Varna-Veliko Tarnovo, 08:00-20:00; emergency 24 h.
3.6 Request: only via IMOFIX QR / IMOFIX online form bot / app; no direct instruction.
3.7 SLA: 24 h arrival; > 24 h = 25 EUR credit to Subscriber.
3.8 Re-work: free if defect reported ≤ 14 days and photos supplied.

4. What is NOT Included

Major appliances > 200 EUR, roof works, gas safety certificates, structural works, asbestos removal, new appliance supply, any invoice > 200 EUR, any job beyond the subscription annual cap and any job above 2000 EUR.

5. Owner Obligations

5.1 Provide parking space and safe access; inform tenant; secure pets.
5.2 > 125 EUR jobs – approve and pay before start
5.3 Do not instruct vendor – all communication via IMOFIX.
5.4 Key safe or presence – missed appointment = 25 EUR no-show fee (debited).
5.5 Material access – unlock cupboards, provide parking.
5.6 Immediate notification of any defect or safety issue.

6. Payment & Money-Back

6.1 7-day money-back: cancel within 7 days of first payment → full refund.
6.2 After 7 days: we only refund a maximum of 10 months with deduction of first month and cancellation fee of 100 EUR
6.3 Charge-backs: we may suspend service; reactivation fee 25 EUR.

6.4 Referral bonus of 1 month cashback when client ID is used to register and first payment was successful of the referral.

 

7. Warranty

7.1 14 days on labour, manufacturer warranty on parts.

8. Liability & Insurance

8.1 Max liability: 200 EUR per job; no consequential or indirect damage.
8.2 Property damage > 200 EUR → vendor’s third-party insurance (min 500K EUR) covers**.
8.3 Force majeure = postponement only; no compensation.
8.4 IMOFIX professional indemnity: 500K EUR (covers coordination errors).

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

9.1 Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) – contract performance; Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest (direct debit).
9.2 Data: name, address, phone, bank details, repair photos – not sold or marketed.
9.3 Retention: 5 years (accounting law) → then anonymised.
9.4 Rights: access, rectify, erase, port, restrict – request by e-mail.
9.5 Cookie / analytics: only essential; no third-party ads.

10. Changes & Termination

10.1 T&C changes → e-mail 14 days ahead; continued use = acceptance.
10.2 Price increases → same 14-day notice; you may cancel without fee within 14 days.
10.3 We may suspend or terminate for missed payments, abuse, unsafe property
10.4 Surviving clauses: 8 (liability), 9 (data), 11 (law).

10.5 If payment unsuccessful, fulfill financial obligations within 14 days, if not automatically subscription termination with cancellation fee of 100 EUR.

10.6 You may cancel your subscription at any time for a cancellation fee of 100 EUR, provided you have not submitted more than one request in the past 3 months. For each additional request beyond the first, an extra charge of 200 EUR will apply.

 

 

11. Law & Disputes

11.1 Bulgarian law applies.
11.2 Consumer disputes → Commission for Consumer Protection (Sofia) or EU ODR platform.
11.3 Court jurisdiction: Sofia City Court for commercial disputes; consumer may use local court.
11.4 Direct debit governed by Regulation (EU) 260/2012 and Bulgarian Payment Services Act.

 

12. Acceptance

Successful direct debit = you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
