• If your request exceeds the covered amount of 250: we will inform you in advance about the additional cost and seek your approval. Upon your confirmation, you will only be responsible for paying the difference.

• Exceeding Request Limit: If you surpass your annual subscription limit requests, you can either pay for each additional request in full, opt for upgrade or a customized subscription tailored to your specific needs.

• Request Without Subscription: you can make a request without a subscription by scanning our QR code and submitting your request details. Upon receiving your request, you will need to activate your subscription.

• Friend's Request: If a friend of yours has an active subscription with us, they can request our services on your behalf.

• Subscription cap: Major appliances above 250 lev, roof works, gas safety certificates, structural works, asbestos removal, new appliance supply, any request above 250 lev, any job beyond the annual cap of the chosen subscription.

• Request rejection cap: Any request above 2500 lev.

• Cancel Active Subscription: If you cancel within 7 days of registration, you will receive a full refund of your initial subscription fee.

• After this 7-day period: you may cancel your subscription at any time for a cancellation fee of 189 lev, provided you have not submitted more than one request in the past 3 months. For each additional request beyond the first, an extra charge of 250 lev will apply, minus any subscription fees already paid.

• Refund Policy: If you haven't used our services during your subscription period, we’ll refund all monthly payments (with a maximum of 10 months) except for the first month and the cancellation fee.

• Cancellation Due to Missed Payment: If a payment is missed, you have 14 days to complete it. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your subscription.
